I occasionally do.
I like to use the Universal Clay's powder. It works fine in all three handgun calibers I load - .45acp, 9mm, and .38spl.
I like using one powder and having a decent and effective variety of stuff I can load with it. Keeps my mind straight as I get older!
Just make sure you use good reloading data when figuring out how much to use - regardless of your powder choice!

Is the Universal a pretty clean powder?

I use Alliant Bullseye and have great results with it.
It is fast, clean and easy on the budget.
What more would you want?
I use it for 32 acp, .380, 38 sp, 9mm Luger, 40 cal S&W and 45 acp.
I'm happy with my loads and XTreme bullets.
The Lyman reloading manual is the reloading bible.
