Anyone interested in reloading .223  55 gr. here is a good recipe:

RL-15 Alliant Powder @ 24.4 grains standard length
    X-Treme .55 grain FMJ

I have an AR-15 DoubleStar and I have no issues whatsoever.
I have  been using Wolf .223 primers, they are a little soft but
have not had a bad one is over 600 rds.

Do you ever reload the heavier 62g?

I've been having great results with:

26.2 gr. Varget (Hodgdon)
55 gr FMJ Montana Gold

Chrony about 2900-3000 f/s out of my 16" CMMG.  Just fills the cartridge so it's easy to verify a good powder drop visually.
