I have a bunch of .223 brass that appears to have crimped primers.

What do you guys suggest as a swagging (I think that's what it is) tool so that new primers can be installed?

I have some mil stuff I'm thinking about reloading, and I was wondering the same thing.

Hopefully it's OK to post this here, but this page seemed pretty informative.

He's using a Lee press like I have as well. Eventually I will get the swaging tool to de crimp my surplus brass...
