I've been having great results with:

26.2 gr. Varget (Hodgdon)
55 gr FMJ Montana Gold

Chrony about 2900-3000 f/s out of my 16" CMMG.  Just fills the cartridge so it's easy to verify a good powder drop visually.

So i reloaded a 100 5.56 ammo the other day for my m4 using hornady new deminsion dies and the cases kept getting stuck in the chamber before i go out and buy the 5.56 small base dies which is what i think is the problem i wanted to check out what other people had to say. The bullets shot fine it was just a pain to extract them if i didn't actually shoot a round off. thanks Ryan
